1. What these terms cover
These terms apply to the public website at mcloud.ismena-msp.com and to the iSolution Managed Service Portal (mCloud) reached from it. By using either, you accept them. The portal is available only to customers of iSolution who hold a managed-service agreement, and to iSolution staff. Where these terms and a customer’s agreement differ, the agreement prevails for that customer and its users.
2. Accounts
Portal accounts are created by iSolution. Keep your password confidential, do not share your account, and tell us at once if you believe it has been used without your permission. You are responsible for what is done with your account. We may suspend an account to protect the service or its data, and your organisation may ask us to change or remove the accounts of its people.
3. Acceptable use
You may use the portal only for your organisation’s legitimate operational purposes and within the role you were given. You must not:
- try to reach data or functions you have not been authorised for;
- probe or test the service for weaknesses without our written permission;
- copy the service or its content by automated means;
- introduce malicious code; or
- use the service in a way that breaks the law or interferes with other users.
4. The information shown in the portal
The portal gathers information from cloud providers’ interfaces, from our monitoring and from our service desk. It is presented in good faith but can lag behind, be incomplete or be affected by changes at the provider. Costs, savings estimates and recommendations are informational: the cloud provider’s invoice and documentation remain authoritative. Some features let authorised users start actions in your organisation’s cloud environment, such as patch jobs. Your organisation is responsible for deciding who may use them and for the consequences of the actions it authorises.
5. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation beyond what your agreement says. We may change, add or withdraw features, and we may interrupt the service for maintenance. Service levels, support hours and remedies are those in your managed-service agreement.
6. Your data and our rights
Your organisation’s data stays its own. The portal, its design, software and content belong to iSolution or its licensors, and you receive only a right to use them as these terms and your agreement allow. Reports and exports from the portal are for your organisation’s internal use unless your agreement says otherwise.
7. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Notice.
8. Liability
The public website is provided as is, for information. For the portal, each party’s liability is as set out in the managed-service agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its courts have jurisdiction, unless your organisation’s agreement with iSolution provides otherwise.
